Fast qualification
Is Your Project Ready?
The better the starting information, the faster we can determine suitability and quote the right pathway.
- Finished, stable product ready to pack
- Target pack format and fill selected
- First-run and annual volume estimated
- Current product specification available
- Recent COA and traceable batch supply
- Allergen, INCI or SDS data where relevant
- Number of SKUs and repeat plan known
- Realistic timing for review and materials
Projects with incomplete information or unconfirmed packability may first need a privately scoped feasibility review, sample assessment, pilot or line trial. Sterile, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, sunscreen and SPF manufacturing are outside this pathway.

Common questions
Before You Send a Brief
Can you pack a product made by another manufacturer?
Yes. Customer-supplied bulk is one pathway. SachetsCo also reviews projects that need formulation, ingredient sourcing, mixing, scale-up, filling, coding, rework or coordinated manufacturing before final packing.
Can one product be packed into sachets, pouches and tubs?
Potentially. A multi-format program can be reviewed where the product, equipment, packaging materials, fill sizes and hygiene requirements are compatible. Each format is scoped and approved separately.
Which information helps you review a project?
Tell us the product stage, required processes, packaging format, target fill, expected volume, number of SKUs, timing and available documents. If anything is uncertain, select “not sure” and we will identify the next practical step.
What documents do you need?
Requirements depend on the product. They can include a product specification, current COA, ingredient and allergen information for food, INCI or safety information for cosmetics, SDS where relevant, storage details and batch traceability.
Will my product need a line trial?
Many powders and higher-viscosity products require a paid line trial before commercial production. The trial helps assess feeding, filling, sealing and packaging compatibility.
Can you coordinate printed packaging?
Yes, where agreed. Film, pouches, tubs, closures, labels, cartons and other components can be reviewed with the manufacturing brief. Commercial minimums, timing and supplier requirements are discussed privately.
Do you offer product development and other filling services?
Yes. Services include formulation and development, powder blending and mixing, sachets and stick packs, pouches, bottles, tubes, jars, tubs, fragrance and aerosol projects, plus coding, labelling, rework and secondary packing.
